Spaz Stix paint is a line of specialized lacquer-based (specifically, acrylic enamel) hobby paints, primarily designed for use on polycarbonate R/C car and truck bodies. The paints are pre-thinned and ready for airbrush or aerosol application
Key Features and Types
Spaz Stix offers a variety of finishes and effects, with specific application methods required to achieve the desired results, especially for their specialty paints.
- Ultimate Mirror Chrome: This paint is known for its highly reflective, true chrome appearance. For interior (R/C body) applications, it must be backed with Spaz Stix Ultimate Black Backer for Mirror Chrome to achieve the desired effect and durability. For exterior applications, a black base coat and a quality clear coat are required.
- Color Changing Paints: These translucent paints create a "chameleon" effect, shifting color depending on the viewing angle and light. They require a high gloss black backer to make the color "pop".
- Candy Colors: These are translucent colors that give a hard-anodized metal look. Multiple light coats build intensity, and they must be backed with a contrasting color (white, silver, gold, or chrome) to achieve the final vibrant appearance.
- Solid & Fluorescent Paints: These are opaque, brilliant colors that provide great coverage. They can be used as primary colors or backers for other translucent paints.
Application
While primarily formulated for interior application on clear polycarbonate (Lexan) R/C bodies, these paints can work on other surfaces, such as plastic and metal, when properly prepped and sealed.
- Interior (R/C Bodies): The paint is applied to the inside of the clear body, with the polycarbonate serving as the clear coat.
- Exterior/Other Surfaces: For external use, the backer color should be applied as a base coat, followed by the Spaz Stix paint and a quality clear coat to achieve a high luster and protect the finish.
All Spaz Stix paints are pre-thinned for easy airbrush application, and many are also available in aerosol cans
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
