These have new style caps as shown
They can be used on older models but you will need 4 screws for top of shock to mount

Can be used on all 1/10 Slash 2wd models.
These also fit other Traxxas vehicles like the 2WD Raptor, 2wd Stampede, & 2wd Rustler
